Now that I have my oil cooler mounted, I need to decide to either build my own braided lines or buy Z1's pre-made kit. I like that their kit uses one 90* elbow and one 120* elbow for the fittings coming off the oil cooler - seems best for routing the lines. However, their fittings don't appear to be top-of-the-line so that concerns me. For those of you that have used it, please provide detailed input: time/mileage of use, specific problems associated with them, quality of fitment, etc. It looks like building my own would cost the same as their kit, but using high-quality russell fittings and aeromotive ss braided line. However, if the Z1 kit works flawlessly then I'll just buy that to save some precious time for my build.
